We have been very impressed with the whole process from booking to the actual lessons. We recommend ZigZag. The teachers are all friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have been totally amazed at the progress our son has made both this year and last year. We will be booking lessons again next year.
My two daughters aged 5 and 7 attended ski school with Claude last week. They were very nervous but after one morning they loved it!! Claude made them feel very at ease. By the end of the week they were skiing down the green slopes like pros. Would highly recommend using ZigZag…we will be back next year!
I can’t praise ZigZag enough. The off piste session with Aymeric was absolutely brilliant and we were left with big smiles on our faces and lots of good footage and memories. We covered a lot more ground than we expected and were provided with all the safety equipment and tuition on the equipment we needed. The afternoon could not have been any better and was the highlight of the holiday for me. Also, the booking team in advance of our trip were extremely helpful and patient (we made a few changes after our original booking).
In summary, if you’re going anywhere near Samoens you won’t find a better ski or boarding school.
We have fallen in love with Samoëns and will be returning for Christmas. We will be rebooking ZigZag for our children and would not think of looking elsewhere. The children’s groups were smaller than others giving them more dedication and attention. I have no doubt that my children will be in the safest hands possible.
It’s not often you meet a ski-company that are so customer oriented, friendly AND technical experts who really want to teach children and adults to enjoy skiing better! We’ll definitely be back.
Our boys have been taking lessons on and off for about 6 years and in that time I have not seen their skills develop as they did in one week with ZigZag. The reason we will be returning to Samoens / Grand Massif next year is not the accommodation or incredible food, but the lessons and instruction they received with ZigZag. A big thank you!
We have just returned from our travels and wanted to thank ZigZag for your outstanding lessons we had whilst in the Grand Massif. Our instructor Greg was an absolute legend – the children and I had a great time skiing with him.
I wanted to write and say how impressed we were with the children’s ski lessons. Luigi was brilliant with Jacob, really boosting his confidence and the improvement in his skiing was amazing. Pascal was lovely with Daisy too, really caring and kind – again just what Daisy needed after a bad experience with ESF last year (in Meribel). You were recommended to us by several people and I will definitely be recommending you myself, and we will definitely book again when we return to Samoens.
