We’re renowned for our Tiny Tots ski lessons for young children! Our child-friendly instructors are pleased to offer intimate one-on-one sessions designed to get children aged between 3 to 4 years of age up and skiing with a smile.
With a gentle and friendly approach, our primary aim for children this age is to teach them to love to ski, because we realise that if your child is enjoying their ski holidays, then you’ll enjoy yours.
Tiny Tots ski lessons for young children run for 30-60 minutes and are designed to be fun and dynamic rather than too technical. The goal is that that children enjoy the experience and leave eager to ski again. They will practice simple turns and begin learning to stop in a snowplough, progressing towards being able to take a button lift independently.
Children who are already capable of taking a button lift unaccompanied may join children’s group lessons.

You might like to work on improving your parallel or ski with more fluidity and elegance, or perhaps you’d like to troubleshoot a bad habit you can’t seem to shake. It might feel like the right time to improve confidence over steep, narrow or icy terrain. Simply let your instructor know if you have a specific lesson goal, or let your instructor watch you ski and you’ll be offered suggestions on where and how you can improve your technique.
ZigZag instructors also have lift queue priority, so you get to jump the queue during your lesson time.
We recommend you book in advance for private ski lessons and private snowboard lessons, especially if you want to request a specific instructor.
With a maximum of 8 students per group, our adult group ski lessons allow you to pick up new skills alongside other adult skiers who share your level of ability.
A cheaper option than taking private tuition, adult group ski lessons are great for confidence boosting and are a great way to meet other adults who ski at the same level as you. All ZigZag instructors speak English and offer both collective and individual attention and correction, so you’re guaranteed to make real progress.
