Snowboard lessons for beginners & early intermediates

Don’t hang around on the beginners slopes!  Develop your technique quickly and efficiently with ZigZag’s top snowboard instructors.

With a good technical base you’ll be able to make the most of the time you have on the snow.  Just a few sessions with one of our snowboard experts will give you the basic skills to get up and boarding with good technique.  We specialise in providing beginners with all the skills they need to let loose on the mountain independently.

ZigZag’s snowboard group lessons for children and teens are excellent value for money, with small groups and highly motivated instructors.

Our group lessons are suitable for children from 8 years of age.  For younger riders, we recommend starting with private coaching to ensure the experience is a great one.

Snowboard lessons for intermediate and experienced riders

Boarders with experience will particularly appreciate the opportunity to ride with ZigZag’s passionate snowboard pros. Several of our instructors are diehard snowboarders who love nothing more than sharing their skills and technical know-how with others who love to shred.

You probably already know how to ride most terrain pretty confidently, though if you spend a few hours refining your technique you’ll realise just how much more fun there is to be had on a board. With some private coaching you’ll learn inside tips and tricks that will take your riding to the next level, both on and off piste.  They’ll also teach you about mountain safety and how to recognise dangers when riding off piste.

Snowboarders enjoy different lines to skiers. Advanced riders can book a snowboard instructor to be shown the region’s best backcountry lines for boarders. Get the most from your time on the mountain and learn to ride the like a local!

For upper intermediate and advanced snowboarders, we recommend private snowboard lessons and guiding.

If your budget is tight, our Super Value Sessions are ideal (2hr afternoon sessions for 1-4pers at just 110€/session).

If you’re keen to go off piste then we recommend a minimum 4hr session (from 260€ with avalanche safety kit included for every participant).
