Q:  Why is ZigZag more expensive than other local ski schools ?
A:  The real question is why are other local schools cheaper than ZigZag?  We operate a small private business and your satisfaction is our goal.  You can be sure you’re booking a passionate, involved instructor who is genuinely interested in helping you to progress as fast as possible.  To guarantee this, we hire only the best and pay our instructors accordingly.  In the interest of student progress, our group sizes are kept very small – so you get more for your money.

Q:  Where do I meet my instructor  ?
A:  Lessons booked in Samoëns meet by the large Grand Massif piste map in the middle of the beginners’ plateau, just 50m from the top of the Grand Massif Express gondola.  Lessons booked in Morillon meet at the piste sign (reading Morillon 1100) directly opposite the exit of the top of the Morillon gondola.  Other meeting points can be arranged in advance in special circumstances. Q:  What if I’m late ?
A:  We ask our guests to be at the meeting point 5-10 minutes before their lesson begins.  If you’re going to be late we ask that you contact your instructor directly or contact the Ski School office on +33450969282 or +33686660721 as early as possible.  Lessons that start late will still finish at the allotted time. Out of respect for other students, group lessons cannot wait for latecomers.  Please contact the instructor or office as soon as possible.

Q:  Will my instructor speak English?
A:  ZigZag instructors are selected for their professionalism, enthusiasm, experience and teaching ability. While most speak excellent fluent English, those with more limited English are selected for to their excellence in communication and teaching, and are guaranteed to have the skills to teach in a professional manner. If problems arise regarding an instructor’s ability to communicate please let us know as soon as possible.
